Because the HR industry is constantly evolving, your education should be too. curriculum is designed to equip you with core skills for now and in the future — developing your abilities to lead, analyze, and handle prevalent and dynamic HR issues. All classes are held in the evening, so you can still pursue a career, internship, or special projects during the day.

At Fisher, we're continuously innovating and updating our graduate programs to ensure they're preparing you for the future of business with a best-in-class curriculum. These changes and openness to incorporating feedback from students and employers ensure that Fisher graduates have the current skills and knowledge required to propel organizations forward. Here are some of the key MHRM program enhancements for our full-time and part-time students:
- Refreshed the curriculum to reflect changes in human resources
- Streamlined degree requirements to 39 credit hours (previously 43.5 for full-time and part-time).
- Now an 18-month, three-semester program, previously two years (for full-time enrollees)
- Transformed most courses to three credit hours
- Updated elective coursework to include a Coaching Series, Negotiations, Diversity & Inclusion, and Leadership Effectiveness through Applied Projects (LEAP)
